Beside her regular teaching activity, Sausan organises creative workshops to encourage creativity during the learning process at music schools. By implementing art workshops for youth, her goal is to expand the horizons of the young musicians, showing them that music goes beyond audibility and that a musician is more than just a machine for sound production. The workshops present a project which includes music, fine arts, dance, film, acting and poetry. The participants cooperate in all fields and learn that the goal of a musician is not only practising in the classroom or having a traditional performance on stage. By creating instruments and costumes, singing, acting and recording, they gain insight into combining several fields of art. Moreover, they try improvisation and get a chance to express their own ideas.

This is also a great opportunity to learn about teamwork, collaboration, patience and to develop most essential human qualities.
